Company history

1992 Company founded – start of CNC/NC production and construction of jigs and fixtures.
1993 Award and prizes for the DOMINO (now DOMILINE) adjustment platform developed the previous year.
1997 Extensive belt band projects in Germany, Italy, France and Spain.
Development and production of a LASER labeller.
2000 Change in shareholders and management (management buy-out) – Messrs Kroschel and Kabella.
2001 In spite of the downward economic trend, increased concentration on development in machining processes.
Expansion in capacity by building a new hall.
2003 Development of pneumatic handling components and the MINITRANS conveyor belts.
2005 Procurement of a 3D measuring machine to complete the CAD/CAM – CNC – QS/QM chain.
2006 Development and patenting of the knife edge (small conveyor belts).
Expansion of the machine park by adding CNC machining centres up to 2000 mm (x-lift).
2008 Relocation of the company to the new premises in Gotha. Expansion of the machine park by adding a 5-axis machining centre up to 3000 x 1500 x 800 mm³.
